The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected by Square Transportation Solution Inc are used solely for direct communication with you regarding your driver application, hiring process, onboarding, and — after hire — ongoing dispatch and account matters.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Square Transportation Solution Inc, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Driver application status updates and confirmations
• Document verification reminders (CDL, medical card, MVR, drug screen)
• Interview scheduling and orientation appointments
• Onboarding paperwork follow-ups and missing-item requests
• Pre-employment screening status updates
• Load assignment notifications and dispatch updates (post-hire)
• Detention and delivery status confirmations (post-hire)
• Equipment, fuel card, and payroll-related inquiries (post-hire)

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your stage in the application or employment process. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week during the active application and onboarding stages, and occasional messages thereafter related to dispatch, scheduling, or account matters.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally. Square Transportation Solution Inc does not charge any fee to send or receive our SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may apply charges per your plan.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Square Transportation Solution Inc in the following ways:

• Online form: Submitting a driver application at apply.gosquare.net and checking the SMS consent checkbox during the phone number step.
• Verbally: Providing verbal consent during a phone call, voice interview with our AI recruiting assistant (Graviton), or in-person conversation with a Square Transportation Solution Inc representative.
• Paper form: Filling out a paper driver application form and checking the SMS consent box.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Square Transportation Solution Inc at any time. To do so:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
