• Applicants (not hired): Application data is retained for up to 3 years to comply with FMCSA record-keeping requirements and to consider you for future openings
• Employees / contractors: Employment records, DQF files, and drug/alcohol testing records are retained as required by 49 CFR §382.401 (minimum 5 years for positive results, 1 year for negative results) and other applicable regulations
• SMS records: Consent and opt-out records are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years for compliance purposes
